With a strong reputation in the market and a culture built around empowerment and flexibility, this firm offers genuine opportunities to shape your own career path while working alongside some of the best in the business.You’ll be advising a diverse portfolio of commercial clients on a full range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, developments, and complex leasing arrangements. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development, all while maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients and agents.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drafting, negotiating, and concluding contracts for the sale, lease, and development of commercial properties
  • Reviewing and reporting on titles and leases
  • Advising on development agreements and lease management contracts
  • Managing your caseload efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring top-tier service delivery
  • Supporting and mentoring more junior lawyers
  • Driving client engagement and contributing to wider business development initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years’ PQE with strong commercial real estate experience
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter with confidence and a collaborative mindset
  • A client-focused approach, with the flexibility to meet evolving demands
