About the firmFull service, regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer in their Congleton office. This can be either at a Solicitor or a Legal Executive level.Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Private Client Lawyer role in which you will be working alongside a Legal 500 rated Partner and is looking for someone to support them on high-net worth Private Client matters.About the roleWithin this Private Client Lawyer role, your day-to-day duties may include:
  • Running a full caseload of matters including Wills, Power of Attorney, Estate Administration and Trusts
  • Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
  • Supporting and supervising fee earning work undertaken but more junior colleagues
  • Attending client meetings and providing support all throughout the process
  • Managing the preparation of correspondence and documents
