DevOps Engineer - Remote (UK-based, London HQ)Salary: £70,000 plus benefits.A fast-growing tech scale-up is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and evolve its AWS-based infrastructure, used by some of the world's leading brands to improve marketing data quality and streamline operations.The RoleYou'll play a key part in managing and optimising cloud systems, keeping production environments secure, reliable, and scalable, and supporting the development team through robust CI/CD pipelines. You will also take ownership of infrastructure improvements, ensuring the platform remains future-proof, participate in the on-call rota (one week in every six) to resolve critical issues promptly and collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver seamless releases.Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop AWS infrastructure (Organisations, Route 53, ACM, KMS).
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline).
Ensure system stability, security and scalability across environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
Document infrastructure, workflows and processes for internal use.
Support compliance and security requirements (GDPR, ISO standards).
What We're Looking For
Strong AWS expertise with hands-on experience in infrastructure management.
Knowledge of networking concepts (security groups, ACLs, proxies).
Familiarity with Docker image security and containerisation best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
