AVP - Junior Relationship Manager

• Pitching and originating new corporate clients and transactions, overseeing the production of marketing materials and managing the associated compliance review process in collaboration with Senior RM.
• Coordinating the preparation and timely submission of credit applications to meet client deadlines, specifically responsible for presenting the transaction's key terms and conditions, along with the related business case and client exposure strategy.
• Executing the documentation process through loan closing, collaborating with the relevant department, and actively managing any documentation negotiation with the client.
• Preparing high-quality and concise credit applications, including financial analysis, projections, industry & peer analysis to recommend the correct obligor & facility grade.

• Japanese Language proficiency preferred or experience working with Japanese Corporates/ experience at a Japanese Bank
• Degree-level education and/or working toward relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, MCT).
• Strong credit/analytical skills, including formal bank credit training or equivalent.
• Ideally corporate banking Origination/marketing and cross selling experience.
• Working-level knowledge of key corporate finance concepts.
• The role is based in London but may involve business travel with guidance from Senior RM.
