- Manage the end-to-end delivery of kitchen projects, from client sign-off to final installation.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout the project.
- Coordinate schedules with designers, installers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee ordering, delivery, and installation of kitchen furniture, appliances, and materials.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient execution.
- Conduct site visits to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Handle and resolve any challenges or delays proactively, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and company specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and updates for management.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and suggesting efficiencies.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in kitchen design, interior design, construction, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen design processes, installation, and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools/software
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Full UK driving license (if role is UK-based, adapt as needed).
- Background in kitchen, bathroom, or interior fit-out industries.
- Formal project management certification
