Residential Living Recruitment is partnered with an award-winning Build To Rent (BTR) operator to recruit a Lettings Associate in Manchester!You will join a brand-new luxury BTR development opening soon in Manchester and be part of the mobilisation of 400 + units. We are seeking an experienced Lettings professionals to work on site during this exciting project…Location: ManchesterSalary: £30,000 + 15% Bonus (OTE £34,500)Job type: 12 Months FTCHours: 40 hours per weekDays: Working 5 days out of 7 across Monday – SundayRole responsibilities:· Contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours· Provide administrative support within the Lettings team· Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the apartments· Process rental applications and conduct background checks on applicants· Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately· Collect and process rental payments from tenants· Ensure documentation and initial payments are accurate and compliant;· Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally;Experience:· Previous experience within Property, Lettings, Sales, BTR (Build to Rent) or PBSA (Student Accommodation).· Proven experience in sales and leasing, preferably in real estate· Strong communication and negotiation skills· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach· Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you feel this is the right role for you, please submit your up to date CV today!
