- Post daily cashdesk files to Dynamics 365 across multiple Grosvenor venues, investigating anomalies with venue staff
- Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations for Grosvenor entities
- Prepare and post journal entries, supporting the monthly management accounts process
- Investigate unusual ledger items with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Deliver insightful analysis to inform feedback across the wider Grosvenor team
- Assist with the bi-annual audit process
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Identify and suggest improvements to current processes, working closely with your manager to implement efficiencies
- Prior experience in an Assistant Management Accountant position is beneficial
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial systems; experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
- A proactive attitude toward learning and development, with a genuine interest in growing your finance career
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across all levels of the business
