- Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing regular, constructive feedback to support individual development.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies across the early years setting.
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events, enrichment activities, and ongoing professional development.
- A solid understanding of synthetic phonics approaches (e.g., Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc., etc.).
- A child-centered approach with a commitment to fostering early literacy and language skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
