We have partnered with a main contractor specialising in interior fit‑out and refurbishment within a wide range of industries, including: commercial, media & tech, Financial Services and Education across London and the South East predominantly. They’re known for combining hands-on collaboration with a structured, quality-driven approach.Health & Safety Manager - £55k-65k + Benefits – Refurbishment / Fitout Projects – London and the SE – ID: 804986What's in it for you:

- Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with H&S regulations and internal procedures
- Provide guidance and support on RAMS
- Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, producing clear reports with corrective actions
- Keep accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain a safe site culture
- Support updates to H&S documentation, policies, and procedures
- Assist with maintaining company accreditations and certification compliance
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
- Safety experience within Fitout, Refurbishment or Building Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
