This could be your calling.We’re working with several specialist SEMH primary provisions across Northumberland that are on the lookout for nurturing, resilient, and consistent Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These schools support children who’ve often faced tough starts—whether that’s trauma, unmet needs, or challenges in mainstream settings.They need trusted adults who can be a steady presence. Who listen without judgement.
