  • The GSOC is the coordination focal point for security operations monitoring and crisis response across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
  • The GSOC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, OAs and management.
  • As a Operations Analyst you will be the initial point of contact for enquires and communications with national and international clients by monitoring and responding to alarm activations across many different countries.
  • Where necessary you will be providing advice to callers and reporting incidents using the designated reporting procedures and protocols set out by our clients.
  • You will also be maintaining appropriate and timely coordination between client sites, personnel, and the appropriate Global Physical Security (GPS) and other Lines of business management on a daily basis.
Qualifications
  • SIA licence (or willing to train to achieve this qualification)
  • Right to work in the UK with a 5 year checkable history
  • Good communicator, team player and multi-tasker
  • Good computer skills
  • Good written and verbal comprehension
  • Able to remain calm and professional
  • Ability to provide clear and concise advice
  • Have an understanding of or have the ability to learn the main tenets of safety and security operations and procedures
