- Working Pattern: Full Time - 1 day on site. 4 days WFH
- Location: Croydon, conveniently located just 11 minutes from East Croydon train station and 5 minutes from George Street tram station.
- DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS check required.
As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the Project for Inclusion of Neurodiversity within the broader Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Programme. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including local authorities, health care providers, and community organisations, to ensure the project's successful delivery.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and collaborate with colleagues and partners across the children's and young people's system to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, tracking milestones and proactively addressing any risks or issues.
- Prepare and update reports for programme groups and boards, communicating progress and outcomes effectively.
- Conduct regular audits to assess key performance indicators, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to local and national policies, implementing necessary changes into the project.
- Build strong engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, fostering integrated service delivery.
