  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and goals.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and compliance.
  • Lead sustainability projects to reduce environmental impact.
  • Collaborate across business units to ensure sustainability has been integrated into business operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders, communicating and educating on sustainability issues and initiatives.
  • Regular environmental audits and assessments.
  • Build partnerships with external organisations and groups to advance sustainability objectives.
Professional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in environmental management or sustainability – or something related.
  • Min. 5 years experience in a related role.
  • Proven experience of developing and implementing environmental and sustainability strategies and projects.
  • Full UK driving license.
Personal skillsThe Environmental and Sustainability role would suit someone who is:
  • Able to work in a cross functional team.
  • Analytical with strong communication skills.
