In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our team on a variety of complex funds transactions, including:
- Fund formation and structuring
- Regulatory advice
- Tax planning
- Due diligence on potential investments
- Drafting transaction documents
- Client relationship management
- A qualified Lawyer with experience in funds work
- A strong understanding of the UK regulatory regime for funds
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
