You’ll be right at the heart of it, making lessons exciting and practicals run like clockwork.Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
🔹 Setting up and supporting experiments that fizz, whirr, and wow
🔹 Keeping lab equipment organised, safe, and ready for action
🔹 Helping staff and students during lessons (think of yourself as the unsung hero behind every successful practical)
🔹 Following health and safety procedures like a pro (COSHH is your friend)
🔹 Managing resources and stock like a logistical genius in a white coatWe’re Looking for Someone Who:
✔️ Has experience as a Science Technician in a secondary school
✔️ Can tell their magnesium from their manganese in a flash
✔️ Understands lab safety and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes
✔️ Loves a well-labelled cupboard and a tidy prep room
