Our client is seeking a dynamic Team Supervisor to lead a talented group focused on the critical task of product support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Inspire: Assign work and track assignments to maximise team efficiency with support from management. Conduct regular status reviews to ensure demands are not just met but exceeded!
  • Hands-On Participation: Engage in creating, maintaining, tracking, and revising products while balancing and prioritising team workload.
  • Strategic Development: Participate in developing departmental goals systems, and content management to align with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with New Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other commercial teams to ensure seamless operations. Escalate any potential issues to management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion an environment of continuous improvement through collaboration and proactive engagement.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all product activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Health & Safety Advocate: Promote and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives focusing on continuous improvement.
You'll be the perfect candidate for this job if you have the following:
  • Experience supervising a team in a professional office environment
  • Experience in a regulated industry is a plus!
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or PLM systems (Oracle, SAP, Agile) is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • The ability to lead project teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Proven skills in collaboration, organisation, and handling project adjustments under pressure.
