What you will do:
  • Screen Safeguarding Concerns and gather initial information to understand and assess situations accurately
  • Undertake S42 Enquiries to identify and address risks
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans
  • Perform mental capacity assessments to ensure individuals’ needs and desires are adequately respected
  • Apply Making Safeguarding Personal principles to focus on the individual’s outcomes and their journey through the safeguarding process
  • Collaborate with key partner agencies to ensure effective safeguarding measures are in place
To thrive in this role, you must have a good working knowledge and experience in Co-Production, Strengths Based Practice and Person Centred Practice.
