– Provide expert advice to management regarding employees’ fitness to work and suggest any necessary adjustments for their well-being.
– Perform comprehensive workplace assessments, including DSE and work-based tasks, and offer practical recommendations for improvement.
– Ensure all rehabilitation practices meet national clinical standards for safety and efficacy.Requirements:– A qualified Physiotherapist with membership in the CSP and registration with the HCPC, ensuring you have the credentials to deliver top-tier care.
– Experience or keen interest in Occupational Health, ready to apply your knowledge to promote workplace well-being.
