- Drive Results: Proactively manage and grow used parts sales by building strong relationships and offering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay Organised: Take the lead on inventory accuracy and stock control, ensuring parts are ready and available when customers need them most.
- Be the Connector: Work hand-in-hand with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely deliveries.
- Keep Things Moving: Generate quotes, process orders, and manage invoicing with precision and care.
- Know the Market: Stay ahead of trends in the used parts sector to offer relevant, up-to-date advice and insights.
- Support Strategy: Prepare clear reports on sales and inventory to help drive smart business decisions.
- Boost Visibility: Help shape and support promotional activity through remarketing and social media channels, increasing awareness and interest in our used parts stock.
- Experience in sales-ideally within construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related sectors.
- A solid understanding of stock management and inventory processes.
- Strong communication skills to connect with customers and internal teams alike.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A genuine focus on delivering great service, every time.
- Knowledge of trends and demands in the used parts market.
- Experience using CRM systems and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- A valid UK driving licence.
