  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those requiring additional support.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing feedback and adapting learning strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil participation.
Primary Teacher Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification is essential.
  • Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire learners.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting pupils’ success.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
