- Operating the Bodyshop computer system.
- Processing invoices, customer insurance documents & job cards.
- Handling customer payments.
- Working to a high level of accuracy
- Participating in measurement and feedback processes
- Working closely with other members of the Bodyshop team
- Previous experience working in a face to face Customer Service role.
- Excellent Customer Service and administration skills.
- A friendly and helpful attitude.
- Strong communication skills, particularly telephone skills.
- An ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints whilst demonstrating great organisational skills.
- Good IT skills
- The ability to work to a very high level of accuracy, especially in relation to recording vehicle histories and data.
- A positive can do attitude along with a team player mentality.
- Great organisation skills
- A manual UK driving licence
