We’re looking for a Regional Programme Manager (RPM) to drive the deployment and realisation of our integrated transformation strategy across a designated region.Reporting in to the Head of Portfolio, you will lead a team of Deployment Managers, working collaboratively with senior operational leaders and central transformation teams. You’ll challenge conventional thinking, integrate strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of a regional transformation plan that delivers sustainable results.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Deployment Managers to deliver sustainable change and realise programme benefits.
- Own and deploy the integrated transformation plan regionally, incorporating national and local project requirements.
- Champion the transformation narrative across the region, fostering engagement and minimising disruption.
- Collaborate with central functions to deliver financial and people benefits, including headcount reductions.
- Align transformation plans with annual business plans, managing change load and integration.
- Provide input to deployment design of critical projects and share learnings to enhance future deployments.
- Establish regional programme governance and assurance aligned with national activity.
- Monitor and adjust the critical path, resources, and funding to optimise deployment.
- Customise regional reporting on progress against deliverables.
- Ensure the team is well-resourced, trained, and directed to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Maintain delivery data sources and tools to support efficient structural revisions.
- Strong project and programme management capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence and collaborative working style.
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to set clear direction.
- Data-driven decision-making and prioritisation.
- Skilled in managing cost, quality, and time across multiple projects.
- Deep understanding of business change management and communication strategies.
- Proven leadership of large teams in a matrix environment.
