
Operations Specialist (Associate I - BPM)

- Maintain and update consumer and commercial data within client systems accurately.
- Manage and execute key client and supplier Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple workstreams.
- Respond to operational queries from internal teams, clients, and suppliers promptly and effectively.
- Manage workloads to consistently meet SLAs and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide operational guidance and support to wider teams to resolve queries quickly.
- Oversee client mailboxes and handle telephone communications in accordance with SLAs.
- Ensure strict adherence to client policies and procedures.
- Planning & Organising: Efficiently balance multiple priorities and clients; understand and contribute to team tasks.
- Problem Solving: Deliver timely, well-informed solutions based on gathered information.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; tailor communication to the audience and present solutions clearly.
- Teamwork: Foster positive relationships, contribute to a collaborative environment, and assist colleagues as needed.
- Experience with personal debt and/or personal insolvency processes.
- Familiarity with Platforms as a Service (PaaS), collections process automation, or business analytics technologies.
- Exposure to sectors such as Financial Services, Utilities, Telecoms, Central and Local Government, or Debt Collection Agencies.
