
Sales Administrator, Worksop

- Business Development - identify new products and opportunities to drive business growth and increase sales
- Conducting competitor analysis and dynamic product pricing
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and existing products
- Maintaining supplier accounts
- Website content management and image editing
- Support daily operations on Amazon and EBay sales channels
- Responding to B2B and B2C enquiries via email and telephone
- Prepare and manage workflow for the dispatch team
- Provide efficient resolutions to customer complaints
- Maintain and update the sales order system and excel reports
- Assist other departments during peak periods or as needed including the warehouse to help pack products etc.
- Working Hours: 8:30am-4pm Monday to Friday
- X1 30 minute Lunch break (35 hours per week)
- Permanent position
- Salary to be confirmed based on experience
- Onsite parking available
- Experience within a similar sales/business development role
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and writing skills
- Organised and a good multi-tasker
- Familiar with online shopping
- Happy to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Good communication and timekeeping
