This is a Monday - Friday position - Flexibility can also be offered - later start or early finish.Salary is £24,765 37.5 hours a weekPermanent position.This is an Amazing company!We're looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Workplace Coordinator to join our team. You'll play a central role in keeping our office running smoothly, ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors, and coordinating meetings and events from start to finish.What You'll DoBe the face of the office: greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.Coordinate meeting rooms, events, catering, AV setup, and hospitality with precision.Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.Maintain office supplies, kitchens, and shared areas - neat, stocked, and ready.Respond to internal and external queries efficiently (via phone/email).Assist with printing, scanning, and general administrative support.Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and caterers to deliver high-quality service.Occasionally support early morning or evening events (pre-agreed hours).What You'll BringAt least 12 months' experience in a professional office environment (legal/professional services a plus).Confident using Outlook, Word, and AV tools.Smart, polished, and personable with a 'can-do' mindset.Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.Excellent communication and time management skills.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in a well-run office, and enjoys working in a collaborative, client-facing environment.For more information on this role please contact Phil Doherty @ VANRATH for a confidential chat.INDPD
