ManpowerGroup Inc. are working with a brand-new Manufacturing client based in Harrogate (Melmerby). Our client is a leading supplier of agricultural products and services, supporting businesses across the region with reliable, efficient, and customer-focused solutions. They are looking to recruit for a PT Warehouse Operative until October with a possibility of it being extended depending on the demands of the business.
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Operative to support the warehouse operations. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of stock, order preparation, goods in/out, and ensuring the warehouse remains safe, clean, and well-organised.The role:
Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse Operative
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Hours: Part-Time 9:00am- 1:00pm 5 hours a day, 20 hours per week.
Salary: £13.00 per hour PAYE.
Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Storing goods, bottling from IBC's, picking & packing orders
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation and stock control
  • Load and unload deliveries (manual handling required) Some taking to Nidds on pallets
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  • Follow company health & safety procedures
  • Report any discrepancies or damages in stock
  • Health & Safety qualification would be ideal but not essential
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must have B1 Counterbalance Forklift licence and Lifting gear experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
