
Customer Account Administrator

- Responding to internal emails and supporting Account Managers and colleagues across departments
- Coordinating order information and ensuring accuracy across systems
- Handling product sample requests and providing relevant product details
- Processing purchase requests and managing associated administration
- Liaising with departments to track orders, allocations, and stock quantities
- Attending team meetings to share customer updates and insights
- Updating the CRM system with accurate, detailed information
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer emails
- Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Salary depending on experience
