  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4, following the UK National Curriculum.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies that engage students and foster a love of learning.
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, supporting them in reaching their potential.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and interventions where needed.
  • Contribute to a positive school culture that encourages student achievement, well-being, and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Key Requirements:
  • Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status (or equivalent qualification).
  • A passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire students.
  • A solid understanding of the UK National Curriculum for secondary education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
