- Manage both Sales and Purchase ledgers in Sage
- Assist Accountant with preparation of monthly PAYE, VAT, CIS returns and annual accounts
- Assist with weekly and monthly payroll
- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- New supplier set-up along with company/bank/VAT checks
- General bookkeeping and administration duties
- Experience in Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll
- 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Finance and Accounting skills
- Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver tight deadlines around the Financial calendar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook
