- Act as a strategic adviser to Partners across the MTIP sectors, shaping and executing business development plans.
- Lead on the development of client-targeting strategies, sector campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
- Coordinate and support on pitch and proposal submissions, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
- Analyse market trends and client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing and BD team to deliver events, communications, and profile-raising activities.
- Provide mentoring and support to junior team members as appropriate.
- Proven experience in a Business Development role within a law firm or professional services environment.
- A strong understanding of the legal industry, ideally with exposure to media, tech, or IP sectors.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels - able to influence senior stakeholders while executing deliverables.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and commercially minded.
