👤 You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
✔️ Are a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England
✔️ Have 4+ years' experience in frontline statutory children's services
✔️ Understand the complexities faced by internationally trained social workers adapting to UK frameworks
✔️ Have a strong grasp of Child Protection legislation and multi-agency working
✔️ Are a natural mentor and collaborative leader
✔️ Can provide clear, calm direction and high-quality advice under pressure
✔️ Have excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
