
Service Advisor

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle repair and service needs.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service diary (paper-based).
- Provide accurate estimates and handle invoicing using Evolution software.
- Liaise effectively between customers and technicians.
- Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-up communication.
- Previous customer service experience required; automotive trade experience is a plus.
- Trustworthy and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum, based on experience.
- Christmas bonus.
- Paid overtime available.
- Annual leave: 20 days plus bank holidays.
- Free onsite parking.
- Comprehensive training in Evolution software and paper diary management.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Occasional company social events and team activities.
