I am currently being instructed by a Top 200 firm based in Colchester to recruit for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.The role will involve managing your own caseload of Commercial Litigation cases including but not limited to Director disputes/disqualification, breach of contracts, any other contractual disputes, insolvency, shareholder's rights and others.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation and be able to manage your own caseload without supervision. You should be motivated, proactive, and be happy to conduct Business Development.
