- Deliver exceptional service to trade and retail customers
- Accurately identify and supply required parts
- Maintain efficient stock control and ensure tidy storage areas
- Manage returns, warranties, and surcharges with care and accuracy
- Support sales promotions and assist with parts display upkeep
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to meet targets
- Stay up to date with new products, systems, and training
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar Parts Advisor role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with good organisational ability
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
