  • To Provide technical support & consulting services in SAP FICO/Finance at a higher level.
  • An understanding and desire to work in the 'Managed Service' / Run / Operate / Support environment.
  • Understanding the consequences and business implications of working in the service & support industry.
  • To provide value to our clients, reliability, severity & prioritisation, working in a reactive industry and understanding common terms & jargon from this industry.
  • Ability to work independently and handling competing priorities & demands. Ability to build a personal network within Deloitte.
  • Efficient communication with internal and external partners, ability to articulate technical problems and explain solutions to non-technical people.
  • Configure S/4HANA to meet client requirements, and documenting functional specifications where a development object is required.
  • Lead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
  • Relevant experience in SAP FICO area - in the following: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Dispute management, Liquidity and Cashflow Management, Funds Mgt., Special Purpose Ledger, Product costing, Profit Center Accounting, COPA, Activity Based Costing or equivalent.
  • Certified in SAP S/4 Hana Financial Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in SAP FI/CO - S/4HANA On-Premise or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in SAP FI/CO - S/4HANA Cloud or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices with a background in Finance.
  • Some exposure to: Real Estate Management, Advanced Compliance Reporting, Advance Financial Close, Group Consolidation/Reporting, Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation or equivalent.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to offer advice and provide effective feedback on potential solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve FICO problems/failures updating ticket-logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Working as a finance go-to team member, you will cooperate with consultants from other modules such as SD, MM, BI, PS/PPM etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP innovations, SME input and best practice business process in your chosen area of Finance.
