Join a dynamic Delivery Leadership team that delivers high-quality services and ensures customer satisfaction across varied engagements-from extensive accounts to agile, smaller projects. You will collaborate with a matrix of internal colleagues and external partners, serving as a vital point of contact within both Computacenter and the customer's IT ecosystem.What you'll do
- Lead delivery governance to maintain service quality, resolve issues, and meet contractual and financial KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring they recognise the value we deliver
- Drive service improvements and change initiatives, using project management best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee contracts, ensuring compliance and handling exceptions; contribute to financial forecasting and cost-control efforts
- Manage people-both direct and virtual-fostering performance, capability development, and alignment with account strategy
- Solid experience in IT Service Management with at least ITIL Foundation certification-and a strong understanding of how technology services add business value
- Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder engagement, risk and performance management, and driving improvements
- A collaborative mindset and inclusive leadership style, aligned with the “One Customer, One Team” philosophy
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present service performance and improvement plans clearly across diverse audiences
