Location: North and South Thames. Expectation to be in the Bristol office 2 days a month for meetings.Product: PPE an NHS workwear (uniforms and scrubs)Who you’ll be working for:This Account Manager role is with the market leading provider of workwear in the UK with a 160-year history and Royal Warrant. The business is both enjoying and focused on further strong growth in both domestic and international markets.Key to their success, this role within the team is responsible for supporting that success by driving growth in your designated portfolio. You will act as a brand ambassador forming a unique partnership with each customer, new and old, by having a deep understanding of their needs, fulfilled by your delivery of a long-term vision and strategy.What you’ll enjoy:

What you’ll be doing:
  • You will be accountable for delivering the sales and margin targets for your defined accounts / portfolio, while also applying a wider business perspective, to support the delivery of both the strategy and the sales team objectives.
  • This is a real account management/business development role rather than new business focused.
  • The role involves negotiating contracts to supply volumes of work wear and PPE equipment to NHS Trusts.
  • You need to be able to develop partnerships with the customer base and work with them to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stakeholders/Selling to: Trusts/universities and NHS - selling to facilities management and service management.
Here’s what you need:
  • You should ideally have experience of selling to hospitals and be a passionate individual with a consultative sales approach.
  • You should be flexible in your approach and have the ability to demonstrate at interview that you can sell in different ways to a diverse customer base.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience selling into the NHS or similar healthcare environments, experience of frameworks and understanding of procurement processes.
Basic Salary: £42,000 (depending on experience)Car policy: Allowance (TBC c£4750pa - £395 p/mth)Benefits:
