Are you an experienced and reliable plumber looking for a dynamic role with great benefits? We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join our clients team, covering commercial properties in and around Wakefield, with occasional travel to Belfast for specific projects.The Role:This is a full-time position working 45 hours per week on a "2 weeks on, 1 week off" schedule when travelling. When traveling to Belfast, all travel expenses will be paid and a nightly allowance will be provided.What's on Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £37,440 per annum.
  • Company van, fuel card and tools provided
  • Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
  • 30 days annual holidays inclduing bank holidays
  • Travel and Accommodation: All travel expenses and a nightly allowance will be allocated for project in Belfast.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial plumbing systems.
  • Carrying out repairs, installations, and fault-finding on pipework, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Dealing with drainage issues, leaks, and blockages.
  • Conducting routine inspections and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified plumber with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing).
  • Proven experience in a mobile or commercial maintenance role.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home for periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
