- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Processing sales orders accurately and maintaining up-to-date CRM/customer records.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for the team.
- Monitoring multiple inboxes, allocating tasks, and following up on outstanding orders and payments.
- Generating weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Supporting account managers as their internal buddy.
- Managing stock levels, deliveries, and days in hand.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and build long-term customer relationships.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive, collaborative personality who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
- Salary £27,000-£29,000.
- 8:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch, or 30 mins and finish at 4:30).
