Join our team as a Maintenance Electrician, responsible for managing your own workload across a prestige office building in Leeds. This role involves planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasks, with a focus on electrical systems (70%) and general fabric maintenance (30%).Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPMs, including emergency lighting tests, fire alarm checks, water temperature testing, and tap flushing.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial lighting systems and power circuits.
- Replace sockets, switches, and other electrical components as needed.
- Perform AHU (Air Handling Unit) filter cleans and basic servicing.
- Diagnose and repair faults in building systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate records.
- Address minor fabric maintenance tasks such as door adjustments, patch repairs, and general upkeep.
- Support energy efficiency by monitoring and maintaining electrical systems.
