This is an exciting and unique opportunity to provide care and support for a young lady in her own home within a family setting.We will offer an individual comprehensive orientation package, encompassing a training and education programme suitable to the needs of the individual.Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ability to work autonomously within a flexible work pattern will be required.In order to meet the challenges of this post you must hold an SVQ level III or have relevant experience working in a caring environmentPlease see job description for other requirements.You will be willing to work 12.5 hour shifts over the 24hr period 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays.Due to requirements of role, car driver essential. Ability to work in a home setting with a number of animals is required.You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout your employment.
