From pre to post contract duties, the Quantity Surveyor will be involved in the full project lifecycle, with scope to act as Employer’s Agent and take ownership of projects at all RIBA stages.This Quantity Surveyor position offers clear development opportunities, a collaborative team culture, and a strong commitment to work-life balance, with flexibility at its core.The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Good pre and post contract experience
  • 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
  • MRICS or currently working towards Chartership
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable)
  • Experience across sectors, including residential (essential) and commercial development/infrastructure.
