- Leading the team to deliver personalized care, respecting each resident's choice, dignity, and independence
- Supporting caregivers in providing personal care and daily assistance, such as washing, dressing, and eating
- Administering medication accurately
- Providing input during shift handovers to ensure continuity of care
- Upholding a positive, resident-centred environment
- Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse)
- Minimum one year of experience in a residential or nursing home setting
- Understanding of person-centred care principles and safeguarding
- Full driver’s license
- Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to signs of abuse
- Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
- Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the location
