Primary ResponsibilitiesAs Team Leader, the individual will provide the highest standard of care while promoting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents. Responsibilities include:
  • Leading the team to deliver personalized care, respecting each resident's choice, dignity, and independence
  • Supporting caregivers in providing personal care and daily assistance, such as washing, dressing, and eating
  • Administering medication accurately
  • Providing input during shift handovers to ensure continuity of care
  • Upholding a positive, resident-centred environment
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse)
  • Minimum one year of experience in a residential or nursing home setting
  • Understanding of person-centred care principles and safeguarding
  • Full driver’s license
  • Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to signs of abuse
  • Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
  • Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the location
