This is an opportunity for an experienced Operations Maager or General Manager to take the next step in their career. The business has a mix of restaurant, bar, tea room, grand ballroom and meeting rooms. It offers a full service to guests and non residents. The Role - General Manager
  • Managing all aspects of the hotel
  • Producing budgets and financial reports
  • Developing a strong and successful team in all departments
  • Building new teams in F&B to drive the hotel forward
  • Maximise Festive trading opportunities in local market
  • Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and gaining increased profile on social networking sites.
The Person - General Manager
  • A strong and determined manager
  • An existing General Manager with 4* hotel service experience or higher
  • Able to deliver results compared to budget
  • Excellent F&B skills
  • Outstanding host and able to develop long standing relationships with clients and team members
