
Associate Architect – Process & Governance

- Support architecture decision-making and approval processes.
- Ensure compliance with architectural principles, standards, and patterns.
- Oversee demand management for architecture-impacting work.
- Set up and run governance forums such as Architecture Review Boards and Design Authorities.
- Track solution designs from submission to approval, producing weekly progress reports.
- Maintain accurate meeting records, actions, and decisions for stakeholders.
- Support resource planning and act as a delegate for senior architects when required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of technology architecture at a high level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office (contractor’s choice)
