Are you considering a rewarding career in education within the Brent area?We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated General Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join our network of Primary Schools in the London Borough of Brent.General TA Role:As a General Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting class teachers across a range of subjects and year groups. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and interactive lessons
- Supporting pupils' learning and development, both one-to-one and in small groups
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting behaviour management strategies and classroom organisation
- Preparing learning resources, assisting during break/lunch, and handling light administrative tasks
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
- The right to work in the UK
- Two recent professional references
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in education
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
