This role comes at an exciting time for the business. Off the back of recent high-value appointments with major UK and global clients, as well as supporting landmark programmes in the Middle East, they're seeking a commercially astute professional with proven experience in £100m+ infrastructure or utilities projects.
What you'll be doing
·Leading pre- and post-contract commercial services on large-scale UK civil engineering or construction projects
·Administering and/or auditing NEC4, NR, or FIDIC contracts
·Taking a leadership role in project delivery teams, whether embedded in a client organisation or within a consultancy environment
·Providing high-quality advisory services, structuring robust evaluations and recommendations
·Mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, and supporting business development activities, including bid preparation
What they're looking for
·Professional membership such as APM, RICS, ICE, or equivalent
·Significant commercial experience in complex UK infrastructure projects
·Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
·Well-organised, proactive, commercially astute, and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments
·Eligible for Security Clearance
