  • Conduct monthly data analysis on key performance indicators for the team to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to ensure the students and new professionals seamlessly transition into their roles.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the social work academy’s offerings and reputation.
