Alongside career growth opportunities, you'll enjoy fantastic benefits including a pension scheme, flexible holidays, a health cash plan, and exclusive discounts on products and services.What You Will Do:- Provide engineering maintenance and fault-finding support for advanced industrial machinery, including injection moulding machines and assembly lines.- Work on planned preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operational efficiency.- Troubleshoot PLC and drive systems to minimise downtime and enhance productivity.- Collaborate with operational teams and management to address maintenance requirements and provide detailed feedback on repairs and preventative measures.- Promote safety by adhering to OHSE legislation, completing risk assessments, and encouraging safe behaviours across the site.- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence strategies.What You Will Bring:- Time-served Industrial Electrician qualifications and ONC certification as a minimum.- Proven experience in an industrial engineering environment, ideally within manufacturing.- Knowledge of injection moulding machines and assembly lines, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting PLCs and drive systems.- Computer literacy and familiarity with CMMS systems.- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality.This role is integral to the company's mission of delivering manufacturing excellence and driving innovation.
