The Children and Young People's Division are looking to recruit a RTT Validator on a 6 month, fixed-term contract: Maternity Leave coverMain duties of the jobThe postholder will be responsible for the following tasks:o Maintain the divisional PTL (Patient Tracking List) for admitted and non-admitted pathwayso To produce a weekly report from the Power BI system to track the patient pathwayo Support the outpatient team as and when requiredo Monitoring and Validating Epico Reportso Work queueso Trust Reports from Performance TeamThe successful applicant is expected to be self-motivated and work alongside other clinical, administrative and MDT teams.We are looking for a candidate seeking an opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge.   • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with Grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, acquired through training and previous experience of working in an administrative environment.
  • Awareness of the requirement to maintain confidentiality, and knowledge of the Data Protection Act.
Desirable
  • NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Support Services or equivalent qualification.
ExperienceEssential
  • Evidence of problem solving and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment, resolving queries and using initiative to ensure first-class service delivery.
Desirable
  • Previous NHS experience, or experience of working in a healthcare setting.
